All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
This agreement in no way exludes the owners of the equipment mentioned above, from the responsibilty of routine daily maintenance by the operators, i.e. oil, water and grease etc.
This agreement will continue to operate unless cancelled in writing, by either party within seven days of the due expiry date. Inflationary prices will apply on the anniversary.
Labour is included in the fixed charge. All materials, parts and lubricants etc, are charged at the manufacturers recommended retail price applicable at the time of service.
If the equipment mentioned above is not available at the time of the appointment, then waiting time and additional travelling time will be charged at the current rate.
